European Tournament, Grading and Masters Demonstration

Well done to all our students to travelled all the way to Norwich on Friday 31st for their black belt testings and subsequent tournament later in the day and the following day.

JKN Jake did a brilliant job in his grading and is now well on the way to promoting to KSN (second degree black belt).  He had a hard tournament with some tough competition!!

We had the following results:

PSBN Charlotte, 2nd techniques, 3rd forms and 4th in short sticks.

Sophia, 2nd forms, 2nd sparring, 2nd staff and 3rd in techniques.

Ashton, 3rd techniques.

Jaydon, 4th in techniques and forms.

Sophie, 3rd techniques.

Orson, 2nd forms.

All competitors had practised hard and have our respect for taking part.

Many congratulations to Sophia for earning her first degree black belt – hope this is just the beginning Ma’am – there is so much more to learn; this is in many ways just the beginning.

We were delighted to watch the master demonstration in the evening on Saturday and were, as always, impressed by the skill and dedication of all those taking part!

I hope that all students going to Norwich will come home with fantastic memories made from great experiences and this will motivate everyone to keep working hard!
